Safe Lifts specializes in the custom manufacturing, design, sales, installation, repair, and modernization of traction, hydraulic, home, and industrial vertical lift systems. Any modification to a building structure, elevator shafts, or primary power lines required before installation is the sole responsibility of the building owner unless explicitly stated in the contract.
All custom pricing and project quotations issued by Safe Lifts are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance due to variations in raw steel, electronic controllers, and freight transit costs.
Under our active Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), Safe Lifts guarantees priority dispatch for passenger rescue operations and regular monthly diagnostics checkups. Urgent non-rescue repairs are handled during standard business hours (Mon-Sat, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India, and any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune.
